2025 National BHA Quartet Competition
The national competition for Barbershop Harmony Australia was in Canberra in 2025 and our lead Chris was at his sister’s wedding in the UK (congratulations!), So Hugh from Vox Canvas and Basically swinged in (and had no voice 2 days before the competition!)
Somatic came 19th out of 42 quartets with a score of 70.04 – we felt great about our set – back with some new rep next year~!

2025 NSW/ ACT Competition
May 2025 – Barbershop Harmony Australia Eastern Region Competition.
Somatic has won Gold for Mens/ Mix-gender Barbershop Quartets in NSW/ ACT !
Silver for the BHA ER Regional comp, congratulations to Alouette who have won Gold in ER, and also just recently won the National quartet competition at the Sweet Adelines Convention in Tassy !!
2024 BHA ER Competition
Alas in 2024 Somatic couldn’t make the national competition, but they took 5th place bronze in the BHA NSW/ACT Regionals
This was the first time quartet-competing for Rubi, Chris and Michael~!
